Zach’s Story
Our mission is deeply personal. Co-founder Zachary Elliott, a Charleston native, is a proud cancer survivor and former Make-A-Wish® South Carolina recipient. As a child facing critical illness, Zachary was granted a wish that gave him hope, joy, and strength during a challenging time.
That experience didn’t just make a lasting impact—it planted the seed for something bigger. Years later, Zachary founded this bar with a vision: to create a fun, uplifting space that brings people together while giving back to the organization that once gave him so much.
Our Purpose
We’re proud to be more than just a bar. A portion of every purchase at Zachary’s Daiquiris goes directly to Make-A-Wish® South Carolina, helping grant life-changing wishes to children across our state who are facing critical illnesses.
